We founded Wilderkind through a shared love of the outdoors and a passion for documenting nature in a responsible way. Together, we create digital marketing content specializing in outdoor photography and videography, blending storytelling with strategy to help brands and communities showcase their connection to natural spaces.

Our work reflects both our dedication to creating engaging visual content and our respect for the environments we capture. We are also involved in projects throughout the Fraser Valley that highlight the distinctive character and natural beauty of local communities, while educating those we work with on best practices to protect and preserve the outdoors.

Hi, I’m Brittany. I really found myself through hiking and exploring the outdoors, and British Columbia’s mountains, forests, and lakes have been my playground for as long as I can remember. Based in Chilliwack, with plenty of lush forests and mountain views, I have loved spending time outside. Whether I’m hiking rugged trails, backpacking through alpine regions, or kayaking in crystal-clear lakes, I find joy in capturing outdoor moments. You’ll often find me engaging in these adventures with my husband, our two children, and our energetic dog Loki.

My journey into photography and videography began as a simple hobby to capture these experiences, but over time it became my way of sharing the beauty of the natural world with others. I have always prioritized capturing meaningful moments, recognizing that time is fleeting and life is precious—nothing should be taken for granted.

Hi, I’m Tracy. Living with my boyfriend in Chilliwack has given me the perfect home base to explore all that the Fraser Valley has to offer. I’m passionate about spending time outdoors and helping others experience it safely and responsibly. My focus is on guiding our storytelling and digital content strategy in a way that inspires and educates others to get outside, year-round, and at any age or fitness level.

I've been an avid hiker for the past 15 years, and I'm always in search of a great view or the next adventure. From hiking and backpacking to paddle boarding and alpine cold plunges, you’ll typically find me outside - especially during warmer months. I'm also a bit of nature-nerd, I love identifying plants and animals, and it's something I'm constantly learning more about. Identification can be a great place to start reconnecting with nature.

We believe life is meant to be spent in places and doing activities that inspire us. For us, that means immersing ourselves in the outdoors whenever we can.

 

At Wilderkind, we are guided by our love for the outdoors and our commitment to sharing it responsibly. Our goals are:
